He completed his undergraduate education in 2006 at the Department of Psychology, Mersin University, his master's degree in 2013, and his doctoral education in 2018 at the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Çukurova University.
Between 2007 and 2019, he worked as a clinician in the adult, child, and adolescent psychology outpatient clinic, psychiatric service, and crisis intervention unit at Adana Seyhan (Çukurova) State Hospital. Currently, he works as a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Toros University, teaching courses in undergraduate and graduate programs.
He has completed both the basic and advanced level psychodrama group psychotherapy training provided by the Dr. Abdülkadir Özbek Psychodrama Institute, affiliated with the Federation of Psychodrama Associations, as well as the Psychodynamic Oriented Supportive Psychotherapy training given by Assoc. Prof. Altan Eşsizoğlu, Dr. Agah Aydın, and Dr. Onur Özalmete.
His research focuses on trauma, loss, and grief, including relational issues, psychological resilience, and chronic diseases. He is involved in projects related to his field of study and has published articles in national and international journals. Additionally, he has published essays in various journals.
